We think advertising can work better for everyone. Semicola is building for an era in which people and their agents can discover and act on more of what is possible.

## Who we are

Semicola is building the future of advertising for people and their agents alike.

We are rebuilding how media is bought and sold from first principles, with human intent at the center, so advertisers, media owners and their agents can reach opportunities that used to be fragmented and hard to access.

- **Remote by design.** No headquarters and no proximity advantage. Good ideas and big decisions come from anywhere.
- **Open by default.** We write things down, share context and make information easy to find, because distributed work depends on it.
- **Together on purpose.** We meet in person through the year for the things that go better face to face, and we make that time count.
- **Hiring globally.** Our team spans countries and time zones. Location depends on each role; we don’t currently sponsor visas.
- **Working differently with AI.** We use new tools to change how we work, not to preserve old habits. Curiosity matters more than expertise.
